Data Export

Data may be exported in dFL using several different strategies. Each approach gives a different kind of fine-grained control over exporting data sets, and all data exporting options contain metadata json files that store all corresponding harmonization settings alongside the exported dataset.

dFL is also be readily integrated with HPE's Common Metadata Framework (CMF), which allows provenance metadata to be recorded at fine granularity whether during batch exports, individual label creation, or automated labeling runs, capturing timestamps, personnel identifiers, data versions, processing history, etc.

1. Export from Graphs

Datasets may be exported using custom Project Layouts, where all the cusatomized settings of each signal loaded into each individual graph is stored on export.

2. Bulk Export

Datasets may also be exported using a bulk export setting, that allows users to save entire datasets with the same harmonization settings, or any subset of records/signals from a dataset.
